July 8 BodyMedia


Overall not a bad day.  I took the day off from fitness, as I really was feeling bad when I woke up in the morning. 

Oh, the weight?  It's finally below 227.4.  It went down this morning. 

I think eating 6x/day is what is finally kick starting my metabolism and my weight loss again.  Now to deal with some other issues in my life before they derail me completely again.
