Not a bad day yesterday. got in all my steps, all my activity. Got plenty of sleep. Even burned above my calorie range.
As for the deficit, keep in mind there are 300 calories not listed on here - I had some soup and didn't feel like entering in all the information for it for a one time item. So my deficit was 1644 - still way too high. I need to strive for a 1500 deficit daily maximum if I'm ever going to start to loose weight again. Grrrrr.
