I didn't do as badly yesterday as I thought. I was sure I ate well over 2000 calories, but not quite. I did overdo it a bit, but no where near as bad as I had thought.
I didn't have any snacks yesterday. That's no so good. I NEED to focus and not let that happen again.
I did get in 22 minutes of vigorous activity - my goal is 15. So although I didn't reach my full 45 minutes, I did good on that one. Steps fell short again. Sleep too, but it's getting better.
Overall, I still have a descent calorie deficit.
FYI, the scale is fluctuating 226-228 for the past few days. I haven't broken into 225 yet. But I'm not giving up. I just need to really push.
