Had a great day. Exceeded my calorie burn, activity, and steps yesterday. Sleep was rough and really broken up, but that was from the night leading into July3. I think I slept better last night.
Had an excessive calorie deficit last night again. I KNOW by not eating more, I`m fighting against my body for weight loss. It`s so frustrating. I am trying, but I can`t seem to get it right. I even had steak and home made fries for supper last night. That often sets me over in calories.
