July 7 BodyMedia

I took yesterday off from my fitness regime.  I was still able to hit by calorie burn, mostly because I am surprised how many calories I burn when I'm canning.  I was at it for about 6 hours yesterday.  Okay, so for 3 of them I'm not doing anything.  For the other three, I'm up, chopping, cooking, blending, etc. 

I ate 6 times yesterday. 

I wish I could say I'm feeling better today, but not really.  I'm feeling completely drained, even though I just woke up about 20minutes ago.  I actually had a dizzy spell when I stood up just a minute ago.

Something's off...
