Not a bad day overall. Burned extra calories. Consumed a good amount. Was only 1 minute short of my fitness, and FYI, it was a minute of moderate exercise. My steps were short, but it's getting there.
The scale is up even from yesterday this morning. I am so frustrated, but I know this is the way to do it. So I'll keep on working, and I know I will see the scale drop again soon.
