Day 19

So far today is much better.  I am feeling more rested than I have in a long time.  I am eating better too, now that I'm back home.

Yesterday I was really struggling with sugar cravings again.  It was causing some anxiety.  I hate that.  But I did not give in and have the chocolate bars I was fantasizing about. 

Todays plan is to eat well, rest, do some work around the house.  I am going to kick my butt out the door for a run as well. 

I am realizing I've let time pass me by again without making the most of it.  Time to change all of that.
