June 15 BodyMedia

Didn't hit my calorie burn.  Or physical activity, or steps.  Those are all issues. The calorie deficit doesn't matter so much when I can't reach my basic calorie burn activities.  If I don't reach these goals, this weight loss will only be temporary. 

At least my sleep seems to be getting better.  I'm not really feeling rested yet, but hopefully that will follow.
