My legs are still so full of lactic acid. I'm not moving very fast. It is getting better though. I'm going to really up my water today to help flush it out.
I have training today - sitting in a classroom all day long. So today lends itself to another rest day.
My nutrition was right on track yesterday. I'm going to focus on that again today.
I guess it's time for me to get today started. Training starts in just
over a hour. I've already had my quinoa for breakfast. Now to just
start with the water, and get myself out the door
