My New T-Shirts are in

The front and the back of my one t-shrit

And my other one.  This one says:

Marathon Checklist:
1. Carb load
2. Drink Water
3. Avoid embarrasing untimely bowel evacuation.
4. Refrain from sobbing at mile 21
5. Feign lucidity at finish line

I love them.  Now to get them ready for a workout.  I've got a few of those in line before I am ready to run a full marathon...
