My Body Fat

I just found a web site that teaches you how to measure your body fat.

I found out I have 33.5% body fat.

That means I have 75 Pounds of fat and 149 Pounds of lean (muscle, bone, body water).

According to
for women,
essential fat is 10-12%,
athletes tend to have 14-20%,
Fitness level is 21-24%,
Acceptable is 25-31%, and
obese is 32% plus.
