Went for a short run after work.  I really pushed it yesterday, so my version of a day off, is an easy, short run.  Lulu and I ran just over 1 mile tonight. 

Eating is on track.  Water is over 8 glasses already today.  My calorie burn will be low today, but it's my easy day.  And I didn't give in and make it a day off. 

So I'd say it's been a successful day so far. 

I've done what I need to do. 

Time for home made pizza and rest.
