January 19 BodyMedia



 Not too bad for being sick all day.  TOM really kicked my butt.  Pain.  Exhaustion.  And Dizzy spells.

But I still had a calorie deficit.  I tracked everything I ate.

I need to drink more water.

All criticisms aside, I'm getting there. 



I stayed within all my ranges for my nutrition.  Yeah me.






Not Bad.  I got in enough carbs for fitness, and didn't overdo it on fats.
